Meetlly End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Scope and acceptance

By downloading or using Meetlly, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Meetlly for your own purposes on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store terms.

3. User content and conduct (UGC)

Meetlly allows users to create and share meeting content (titles, descriptions, links, notes). You agree not to post or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise offensive.

• • No tolerance for offensive or abusive content or users.
• • We actively filter, review, and moderate content where possible.
• • You can report offensive content or users to us at hello@meetlly.de, and we will respond promptly.
• • You can block abusive users in Meetlly or request a block via support.

We may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations.

4. Reporting and enforcement

If you believe content violates these terms, report it by email. We review reports as quickly as possible and take appropriate action.

5. Privacy

We handle data according to our Privacy Policy: meetlly.de/en/datenschutz.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update this EULA; the current version is published on this page.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Meetlly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this EULA or use the app in a harmful or illegal way.
